Problems I Solve

Common trade finance issues that create risk, delay, and unnecessary cost

Documentary discrepancies and bank rejection risk

When documents are prepared late or against unclear terms, payment delays and disputes follow.

LC terms that are difficult or impossible to satisfy

Unworkable requirements increase operational pressure and weaken the seller’s position.

Weak guarantee wording and unfair claim exposure

Inadequate review can leave a business exposed to disproportionate or unclear obligations.

Wrong Incoterms and hidden delivery risk

Misaligned shipping, insurance, and document responsibilities often create avoidable disputes.

Payment terms that strain working capital

Poorly structured payment and finance terms can increase cash pressure across the trade cycle.

Commercial contracts not aligned with instruments

Mismatches between contracts, LCs, guarantees, and operations often surface too late.

Execution delays caused by documentary errors

Minor wording issues can become major delays when teams are coordinating under shipment deadlines.

Poor coordination across functions

Sales, logistics, treasury, and operations need a shared view of risk before commitments are made.
